Before you write
Does Vialchemy tell me what dose to take?
No. Vialchemy records what you do. It never recommends or works out a dose for you. Doses, schedules and changes are set with your prescriber.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, and in your own private iCloud if you're signed in, so a new iPhone gets it back. We don't run servers that hold your log and we never sell your data. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I back up or move my log?
More → Import / Export saves a full export file you can keep in Files, iCloud Drive or email to yourself. Import the same file on another phone or after reinstalling; anything already there is skipped, so importing twice is safe.
How does Apple Health work with Vialchemy?
With your permission, Vialchemy reads weight, sleep, heart rate, steps and water so you don't have to type them, and can save the weight, water and caffeine you log. Change access any time in the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Vialchemy.
I'm not getting reminders.
Check Settings → Notifications → Vialchemy on your iPhone, then the reminder times in the app (More → Settings → Reminders). Focus modes can also hold notifications back.
How do I join the beta or send feedback?
Leave your email on the home page and we'll send a TestFlight invite. In the beta, take a screenshot inside the app to send feedback straight to us, or email [email protected].
How do I delete my data?
More → Settings → Delete all data removes your log from this iPhone and, through iCloud, from your other devices. A backup is saved to Files first, which you can delete yourself.
